Back to the Valley
We all know them by name.

Cowboy, Karlena, Rosie and Chuck,
R.C., Rita, Lauretta, and Verne
They came from the North
All eagerly start to return.

Monday there’s Bingo
Get you card ready
Maybe you’ll get lucky
Like Jeffie and Betty.

The card room is busy.
Ticked Off and Fast Track
Games are being played.
Winter Texans are back!

Rosie’s in the kitchen
With her Tuesday soup crew.
Soup’s in the kettle
And ready for you!

Look in the pool room
Right there by the table
Stand Cooper and John
Ready, willing, and able!

Get out the griddle
Turn up the heat
Saturday’s pancakes
Syrupy and sweet!

Ken’s got the camera,
And focuses the lens.
Smile for the picture
With your Texas Trail friends.

Winter Texans love the Valley
And the warm Texas sun.
They love Texas Trails
‘Cause it’s friendly and fun.
